My journey to overcome premature ejaculation.

Hello to everyone, my name is Dennis. I’m a 37-year-old guy, and I am one of you – a so-called PE sufferer, fast cummer, quick shooter, and all the other titles that they gave us ๐Ÿ™‚.

I’ve been dealing with this frustrating situation for 20 long years. But guess what? I finally overcame this condition, completely unexpectedly.
Why am I sharing this with you? Well, because during the years of exploration, what I found out when searching for a solution is that the majority of the people who talk about it actually never suffered from PE.

Let me inform you at the outset that I am not a health expert, i will exclusively share my personal experience here! So let me try to summarize this long story as briefly as possible in my own words.

Ok, well, I believe it all began in my teenage years with masturbation, like probably with most of you guys. Of course, at that time, I didn’t realize the problem until I didn’t stop using only my hands, but started exploring more pleasurable options ๐Ÿ™‚. And yes, as you figured out, i was fast. I mean, really fast. One dip and it was over ๐Ÿ˜•. But okay, it happens to the majority of guys in the beginning, they say, so I didn’t panic. However, it didn’t take long for me to start getting a little bit worried and later quite frustrated about the situation that was just sticking with me and didn’t want to go away.

Well, the next logical step was to gather more information about it and find a solution… And here began the journey of periodic enthusiasm and disappointment.

It was not easy, no, it really wasn’t. Every single one of you guys knows how it feels to live with PE and how it can affect not only your sex life but also your mental state and self-esteem, which can logically reflect in other areas of life as well.

In the years when I was 17 to 20 years old, the Internet was not as readily available im my area, and there wasn’t as much information about every topic of our lives. Therefore, books and advice from older friends played a significant role ๐Ÿ™‚.

One of the famous techniques is well-known as masturbation before sex, which kind of worked because I didn’t have a problem getting aroused shortly after ejaculating. However, that was no guarantee for longer-lasting sex. Only when I ejaculated with a girl and then continued, there was a short enough pause that allowed me to last longer. But as you guessed, nobody likes to ejaculate quickly in front of a girl, right? And the excuse “you are so hot, you aroused me so much” doesn’t work forever, does it? ๐Ÿ™‚

The next one was using a thick condom, which kind of helped a bit, but it was far from being a solution. And later, when you have a serious relationship and she wants to have sex without it, you’re back in an awkward situation.
Of course, when the first serious relationship came, you couldn’t hide your situation, so having a conversation with your partner was important. Some adaptations in sex were required, like longer oral sexย  from her, that wasn’t as intense (at least not for me, I’m talking about a small difference just to be clear ๐Ÿ™‚ ), giving oral sex to her, starting slowly, shallow thrusting, changing positions often, stopping and holding back orgasm multiple times, and being mindful not to reach the “point of no return.” After about 15 or 20 minutes, my arousal would decrease a bit, allowing me to engage in proper sex for a proper amount of time. However, my pleasure was not close to what I am experiencing now, and even a girl can cool down after 20 minutes of start-pause thrusting, especially if she is really turned on and wants proper sex from the beginning or maybe a quickie… but a quickie by her definition is not the same as ours, unfortunately ๐Ÿ˜•.

Yeah, it was really challenging. Nobody who doesn’t suffer from premature ejaculation (PE) can truly understand the intensity of this feeling of arousal. Your penis becomes immediately hard and ready to ejaculate with even the slightest friction, even before you’ve pulled it out of your pants. And the approaching orgasm is incredibly strong when you insert it and try to delay ejaculation. It feels almost impossible, like a volcano about to erupt.

Everything that all the “gurus” on the internet are telling about breathing, squeezing the PC muscle, and pressing on the perineum (the point between the prostate and anal opening) etc., kind of worked for me when I was masturbating (not always). It also gave me a lot of excitement before the next intercourse. But when it came to the real deal, the pressure of the eruption was so strong that it went through all the barriers that I was giving to my penis. It’s just unimaginable how strong that force is. And even if I was able to stop the eruption with one or more of the mentioned methods, the arousal was so strong that after a couple of thrusts, I was again just before the “eruption”.

Later on, I became quite upset while watching all those very self-confident advices on the internet from people who clearly do not have issues with premature ejaculation. They were just copying and pasting from other sites and literature to create some content for their website, blog, etc.

Okay, let’s briefly discuss other things that I have tried, and probably some of you have as well…

1. Topical numbing cream can be helpful, but if your glans is too numb, you may not feel any pleasure. It can also numb your partner if you are not wearing a condom. The only product from this category that I somewhat liked was Bathmate control. You apply it 40 minutes before intercourse, and it doesn’t transfer to your partner, so there’s no need for a condom. Of course, you have to experiment with the quantity because it’s easy to apply too much and then you may not be able to reach orgasm. Sometimes, I also experienced some achiness in my glans.

2. Kegel exercises can be considered beneficial, but they are definitely not a solution for someone who really suffers from premature ejaculation (PE). They are good for overall sexual health and help strengthen the PC muscle, which allows for better control and potentially delaying orgasm if the “point of no return” has not been reached yet. However, every PE sufferer knows how intense the sensations can be when they start penetrating, and unfortunately, in those moments, the approaching climax can be so overpowering that nothing can stop it.

3. Breathing is indeed important, and deep breathing through the mouth and exhaling through the nose can be especially beneficial. It’s even better if, after taking a full inhale, you try to force one or two more inhales to fully fill yourself. This technique can help distract you from the sensations downstairs. I also recommend trying this in position from behind, as it may look a little strange to your partner otherwise ๐Ÿ™‚. However, I can’t say that this technique has personally helped me in the first minute of penetration. It’s more beneficial for me now, after i overcameย  it, as it helps me last much longer.

4. Pressing the perineum point, as mentioned earlier, is the area between your anus and prostate. If you apply moderate pressure there early enough, it can help prevent orgasm. However, as I mentioned before, this technique has only helped me when masturbating. When I’m with a woman, the intensity of the urge to ejaculate is too strong.

5. Acupuncture: Later in my life, I also tried acupuncture. The most challenging part was going there and explaining my condition to the practitioner. However, I have always been open to trying anything that could help me. Unfortunately, after a few months of acupuncture, I didn’t see any significant improvement for my condition.

6. Dapoxetine, marketed as Priligy (a soft antidepressant): These tablets are actually designed to treat premature ejaculation. I was quite excited about trying them, as I hadn’t felt this level of excitement about my upcoming sexual experiences in years. To my surprise, I was able to engage in sexual activity without experiencing an immediate orgasm. It felt amazing for a few minutes, but then I realized that I wasn’t experiencing genuine pleasure. Nonetheless, in that moment, my main focus was satisfying my partner as much as possible. However, I did feel a bit strange and had a headache afterwards. After a few more sessions, I noticed that the same pattern continued – no real enjoyment and a headache accompanied by a peculiar mood after sex. So, if you’re looking to prolong your sexual experience, you can give it a try. It will definitely help delay orgasm. And by the way, this is an prescription drug.

7. 5HTP is another type of tablet, often referred to as a natural antidepressant. I tried it after reading about it extensively, but I didn’t notice any difference. It didn’t help me at all.

8. Let’s also mention alcohol and cannabis. Both can be helpful, not in preventing premature ejaculation, but in making you slightly less sensitive or giving you better control. However, with alcohol, if you consume too much, you may once again experience a lack of genuine pleasure or even have difficulty achieving an erection. So, essentially, like all the “hacks” mentioned above for premature ejaculation, none of them are a permanent solution for PE.

So, the conclusion is that I haven’t come across anyone who can confidently say, “I suffered from PE and I have overcome it,” especially not someone who has experienced it for a significant period of time like myself. That’s why I decided to write this article based on my personal experience now that I have finally achieved success. Honestly, there were moments when I almost considered accepting my situation and moving on, but fortunately, my resilience pushed me to try other methods, which ultimately made a significant difference in my life towards the end of 2022.

So, at the beginning of 2022, I implemented a few strategies and approached the situation from a different perspective, as described above. While there may be some similarities, it’s important to note that it wasn’t just one single thing that made a difference. As I mentioned earlier, I had been searching for a solution for a long time. However, there was one main factor that I knew had an impact because I noticed changes in my daily life even before experiencing a night with my new girlfriend.

Which went something like that…, i was already prepared to concentrate and take preventive measures to avoid the “erupting volcano” situation, like always ๐Ÿ™‚ but, as you may have guessed, it didn’t happen. Initially, I didn’t immediately accept this in my mind and thought it was just a lucky day. Of course, I wanted to try it again as soon as possible, and it worked. Since that day, I haven’t experienced the “erupting volcano” situation in the first minute of penetration ever again! There are days when I feel like I could go fast, but now all the things and tricks I learned before are helping me be more efficient. I must admit that in the first couple of months after that day, I needed to adapt to the new me, which felt kind of strange. Sometimes, I even felt like I wasn’t aroused because I didn’t feel that pressure in my glans even before taking it out of my pants. But now, everything is fine. I actually have control over my ejaculation. There have been times when I struggled to reach orgasm because I was “controlling” it too much in order to have longer sex. However, being “connected” to the act of sex was something unimaginable to me before. Now, I can actually focus on and think about my partner, rather than my mind being occupied with the “volcano” situation and drifting off to other topics just to avoid PE.

So, that was the condensed version of the story. Now you know! You can also overcome it! And please don’t be disappointed about what comes next.

Because this has been my lifelong project for the past 20 years, I have spent countless hours on research and a significant amount of money on various supplements, treatments, courses, and more. Therefore, I will charge $15 to redirect you to the site where I will provide a detailed explanation of my journey in 2022 to overcome PE. I understand that many of you have already spent a fortune on this topic, just like myself. That’s why I believe $15 is a small amount compared to the money wasted on supplements that have little to no effect. Here, I am offering you the opportunity to gain insight into the methods that can permanently eliminate PE from someone who has suffered from it for a lifetime. However, if you choose not to proceed, you can still follow and try some of the things I mentioned in the article. You will definitely benefit from some of them, to varying degrees.
